HRs 781, 823 & 1204 – Condemning the pointing of military-grade laser by a Chinese Coast Guard vessel at Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) crew aboard BRP Malapascua near Ayungin Shoal and calling for an investigation of the incident (Reps. Arlene Brosas, Jefferson Khonghun, and Rufus Rodriguez)

HR 1169 – Inquiry into the illegal acts of China in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) and urging the Philippine government to assert the Philippines’ rights in its exclusive economic zone in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and the 2016 ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (Rep. Rufus Rodriguez)

HR 1201 – Urging the Philippine government to take appropriate action in securing the Philippine sovereign rights and jurisdiction over its exclusive economic zone in the WPS, protecting local fisher people and the PCG from harassments and the promotion of the freedom of navigation and overflight in the region through the conduct of joint multi-lateral maritime patrols within the area of the WPS [Rep.
