HB 963 – Converting the Cagayan de Oro (Bugo) School of Arts and Trades in the City of Cagayan de Oro, Province of Misamis Oriental, into a TESDA-supervised and administered school to be known as the Cagayan de Oro Polytechnic Institute, and appropriating funds therefor (Rep. Rufus Rodriguez)

HB 1456 – Changing the name of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines to the University of Science and Technology of the Philippines, amending for the purpose RA 10919 or the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines Act (Rep. Rufus Rodriguez)

HB 2407 – Renaming Mariano Marcos State University in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte as Ferdinand E. Marcos State University, amending for the purpose PD 1279 (or the law merging the Mariano Marcos Memorial College and Northern Luzon State College into a university, transferring the college level courses of Ilocos Norte Agricultural College and Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades into said university, providing a charter for the purpose) and appropriating funds therefor (Rep. Angelo Marcos Barba)

HB 2589 – Extending the term of office of the President of the Adiong Memorial State College from three years to four years in accordance with RA 8292, otherwise known as the Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997, amending for this purpose RA 8651, as amended, and appropriating funds therefor (Reps. Zia Alonto Adiong)
