Sarmiento said the transportation committee created a technical working group to consolidate all bills pertaining to the regulation of TNCs and TNVS operation. Nograles clarified there is no pork in the 2017 and 2018 national budgets following the Supreme Court previous ruling. As to the free tertiary education in state universities and colleges (SUCs), Nograles said the appropriation may come from underspent, unutilized and underspent budgets of agencies.
